Thank you for shopping with Fiya Collection! We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Items purchased on sale/discount, custom-made orders, or intimate wear (such as innerwear, etc.) are non-returnable.

Refunds

1. Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)
- If you cancel your prepaid order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, the refund process will take up to 7 business days after cancellation or return confirmation.
- Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer / UPI (as per the details you provide).
3. General Terms
- Refunds are initiated only after the product is returned in its original condition (unused, with tags & packaging intact).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of delays beyond the mentioned timelines, kindly contact our support team for assistance.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item or size issues.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at fiyacollections7@gmail.com or call us at 9324327539 with your order number and reason for return.
We will share the return address and instructions.
Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Customers must cover the return shipping fee.
