At Fiya Collection, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please review our policy below:

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos) for approval.
No refunds for size issues.

🔄 Size Exchange:

We offer a one-time size exchange, subject to availability.
Items must be unworn and returned in original condition.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are paid by the customer.

⏱️ When will I get my order?

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within India: 3–7 working days (depending on your location)
You’ll receive a tracking link via Whatsapp, SMS or email once your order is shipped.

📦 Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.

Shipping is absolutely FREE! 🚚

If you choose Prepaid Payment, you also get ₹50 OFF on your order.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll need to pay ₹100 in advance and the rest on delivery.
